We deliver orders to gyms and individual customers on Sundays and Wednesdays.

Our cut offs are: Thursday midnight for Sunday delivery and pick up and Sunday midnight for Wednesday delivery.

The deliveries are done between 4pm and 8pm on the day you selected when placing your order.

The food should be kept below +5 celsius, if you will not be at home please contact us to arrange an alternate delivery or leave a bag with an ice pack outside.

Pick up is available on Sundays between 4pm and 6pm from our shop at 2 Jordan Street, ST1 4JZ, Stoke-on-Trent.

Our food has 3 days of use by date on them.

All main meals are made fresh so they can be frozen for up to 3 months. Sandwiches and pancakes are not suitable for home freezing.

You can find the allergens in all meal descriptions but please inform us about any of your allergies and food intolerances when placing an order.
